2019 Blackjack Mr Ramoy

This wine is a blend of grapes of equal quantities from our three estate vineyards-the original Shiraz planting, the Cabernet block and the Block 6 Shiraz.

Crushed and fermented separately in three new French Oak Puncheons. Sealed after fermentation had finished and kept on skins for another six weeks. Basket pressed, blended and returned to the same French oak puncheons for another 22 months. Bottled in March 2020.

A wine tending towards the spice spectrim of flavours; a wine a complexity , depth and length. A wine that deserves to be called after its namesake.

Suggested Cellaring: 5-12 years
