A compelling combination of four grape varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon 79%. Merlot 7% Cabernet Franc 7% and Shiraz 7%.
Bright red crimson with medium density. On the nose leafy and spicy notes are accompanied by ripe red fruits, especially cherry and raspberry.
Medium bodied with the delightfully red fruited palate echoing the aroma.
Tannins and acid just so, the flavours fresh and bright.
Food Match: Eggplant and pumpkin lasagne.
