Sealed after fermentation had finished and kept on skins for another six weeks. Basket pressed, blended, and returned to the same French oak puncheons for another 22 months. Super lifted and complex aromatically. A combination of dark and red berries married to hints of cassis, pepper and leafy, herbal notes. Brooding.
